The Company was incorporated in February 1991 to provide staff training and development services in Manufacturing, Engineering and Management. Network's Directors and Managers come from a training background that covers both private and public sectors with organisational development experience spanning over many decades. This management group leads a team of highly professional staff expert in a variety of technical and vocational competencies, all qualified to national standards in training and development. The expertise extends from food processing to electronics, engineering to glazing and fenestration, management to general manufacturing, administration and customer service. Through extensive contracts with Welsh Asssembly Government (WAG) there are a number of specialist teams providing funded learning to address Company development needs through the delivery of Foundation Modern Apprenticeships (FMA), Modern Apprenticeships (MA) and Modern Skills Diploma (MSD). An extensive range of commercially delivered courses is available to underpin the vocational development of individuals and organisations.
